The attorney will be responsible for handling the case from filing the lawsuit to preparing the matter for trial and all litigation activities in between, with the opportunity for trial experience. Qualifications
Juris Degree required.
Bi-lingual a plus
Must be in good standing with the California Bar Association
At least 5-8 years’ experience in Personal Injury litigation and a thorough knowledge of the California Discovery Act, including all aspects of discovery and law and motion, is required
Working knowledge of Personal Injury laws and procedures
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Able to function with a high level of patience, tact, and diplomacy in handling negative or challenging situations
Familiar with case management software, Microsoft Word Suite, Adobe Pro, and other legal technology
