The client is looking for candidates with Filenet BPF experience. Also, the client will consider a strong developer (Java/C#) with support experience that lacks this required Filenet BPF experience. This role is a true Support Analyst role, someone that can troubleshoot and change codes to fix errors.
Experience/Education Requirements:
Bachelors degree or specific relevant technical experience or certifications.
-Filenet BPF and Filenet Capture experience "OR" strong .NET and Java skills in lieu of Filenet experience
-Java and .NET programming and SQL
-Experience supporting/exploring code and a windows environment as well

Nice to Have:
-Mulesoft experience
-Five years of relevant technical experience in a support role. Plus 1 year as a Level 1 support Analyst.

Main Job Functions:
  • Perform research, systems analysis and design and makes recommendations to management.
  • Act as a liaison between IT, users and vendors in development and maintenance of systems. Identify, prioritize and report system problems, changes and enhancements to proper support locations and ensure that follow up is performed.
  • Perform business analysis and interview clients to determine business needs and project scope.
  • Provide onsite training and support development of training documentation.
  • Negotiate, and implement business objectives.
  • Review data from system monitoring utilities to prepare detailed reports on system availability.
  • Maintain and administer system monitoring utilities.
  • Must be able to run small infrastructure projects with minimal supervision. Independently, run technical calls and report to senior management
