Design and validate the photometric application of lighting products for outdoor lightings. The successful candidate will be the first line of contact for customers and salesmen that require lighting design and assistance at a moderate to complex level for their projects. The photometric application designer will be responsible for determining the correct products to specify for each job with project drawings, AutoCAD, AGI32 and other tools to develop deliverables in the form design packages, lighting layouts, point-by-point calculations and energy engineering studies.

Technical Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of Experience in Photometric (prefer an engineering degree)
Experienced in computer-aided mechanical design and simulation similar to one of the following software:
AGI32
AutoCAD and AutoCAD Inventor
Autodesk Revit
Experience with IESNA guidelines and lighting design best practices.
1 year plus lighting design application engineering experience.
Proficient with common Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Highly self-motivated to work diligently to achieve personal and company goals.
Knowledge of high intensity discharge, compact fluorescent and LED lighting components, technologies, materials and methods is a plus.
LC credential or working toward LC is a plus.
Must have proper documents work in the US
