Large Law Firm is looking for an OFFICE MANAGER to join our team of litigators. A preferred candidate would already have worked in law firm environment and have at least 5 years of management/leadership/human resources experience.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Communicates regularly and supports Firm Administrator and Los Angeles Partners.
  • Oversee support staff located in the Los Angeles office.
  • Assists with implementing new policies and procedures.
  • Assists with interviewing support staff for the Los Angeles office.
  • Attend meetings regularly with Firm Administrator and Los Angeles Partners.
  • Facility management.
  • Handle HR issues with Firm Administrator and Los Angeles Partners.
  • Administrative assignments from Firm Administrator and Los Angeles Partners.
Position Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of previous management/leadership/human resources experience.
  • Prior law firm experience preferred.
  • Reliability and discretion while handling confidential matters.
  • High proficiency in MS Suite, specifically Word, PowerPoint and Outlook and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Ability to think and act independently and with minimal supervision.
  • Articulate, organized and a team player with excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
