Broker Services Manager

“Broker Services Manager” candidate. Someone that has managed loan processing teams and/or loan origination teams. Must have experience with the Real Estate industry and willing to grow a department of currently 3 loan processors, with a growth plan of 10 processors. This person will be also leading the integration of a new LOS software for the department.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Build a team of processors, document retrieval, doc preparation and underwriters. This would include recruiting your own people or own the hiring process to build this team.

Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Work directly with brokers and lenders by managing a team that does processing, loan documents and underwriting for various real estate transactions - mostly private money lending.
  • Understand the Preparing of Lender Disclosures
  • Understand the Preparing of Drawing Docs
  • Experience in setting up LOS integration a must
  • Review borrower application packages, preliminary title reports, and closing statements.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Understand Private Money residential and commercial loans.
  • Ability to handle many different set of requirements - as each of our clients has their own specific set of guidelines.
  • Able to implement and manage an LOS system
