Loan Document Coordinator (Oceanside, CA)

This position will be responsible for assembling, maintaining and organizing all loan documentation files in a busy environment.  Comply with all applicable policies and procedures.  Work in conjunction with Note Department.

Commercial Lending experience in loan documentation.  Preferably experience utilizing LaserPro system.
Note: Someone with Loan Servicing experience and/or Loan Documentation experience is a major plus!
• Maintain a tracking system for all pending documentation
• Prepare and scan all new loan documentation files
•  Follow up with lending departments to obtain missing documentation
• File all department documentation and related correspondence in files on a daily basis
• Prepare closed loan files for shipping
•  Update existing files to conform to new format
•  Complete special projects as assigned
• Complete training as assigned
• Perform periodic file audits
• Order supplies as needed
•  High school diploma or e.quivalent
• Minimum of 3 years recent experience in loan servicing or equivalent work experience
• Knowledge of loan documentation for commercial, real estate, and consumer loans.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to produce a large volume of work in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to prioritize and exec te tasks in high pressure environment
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
•  Strong working knowledge of Word and Excel.
• The incumbent in the course of performing this position spends time lifting (up to 20 pounds), carrying, pulling, walking, standing, am reaching.
