Legal department looking for someone to work with our contracts team in administration.

Experience:
3-5 years of contracts administration or data entry related experience
 
Responsibilities can include:
  • Prepares source data/documents for computer entry by compiling and sorting
    information; establishing entry priorities
  • Enters customer and company data by inputting alphabetic and numeric information on keyboard, or 10-key, according to screen and data program format.
  • Verifies entered customer and company data by reviewing, correcting, deleting; re-enters data in verification formats to detect errors; purges obsolete electronic files to eliminate duplication of data.
  • Monitors contract performance provisions, contract data reporting requirements, and other contractual requirements.
  • Responsible for tracking and assuring execution of contract deliverables.
  • Review existing contracts in database
  • Cleaning up contracts in Database
  • Ability to deal effectively with competing priorities and deadlines, and be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and Word skills
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
 Length of contract assignment: 6 months +
