Hours 7am - 4pm or 8 am – 5 pm Mon-Fri
 
Summary: Customer Service Representative for a busy department must know how to do quotes, tech support, order entry, product crossovers. 40+ emails a day, 30+ calls, 20+ orders, QC Batching, Claim forms. Prefer manufacturing experience.

Account/ Customer Care Representative 

Responsibilities
• Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
• Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
• Keep records of all conversation in a comprehensible way.
Requirements
•Previous experience in a customer support role ideally in a call center environment / dealing with a product
•Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
•Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
•Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
•High school degree.
