3-5 years of experience in vendor management, service level and IT service level management with ability to draw meaningful conclusions from reporting

•             3-5 years of experience with multi-supplier contracts and global accounts
•             ITIL Certification preferred
•             Must have IT knowledge and knowledge of global contracts, ability to analyze vendor services, SLA reports, etc.
•             No specific technology experience needed as this is not a technical role
•             Domain: Infrastructure and Application Support
•             Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Collaborative, supportive, team player, outgoing (helpful), bring in development and knowledge to add to team, work hand-in-hand with rest of team



The Supplier Operational Delivery & Performance Analyst is responsible for collecting and analyzing data related to services delivered from our Application, Infrastructure and Service-based Suppliers.
The primary goals will be to evaluate the efficiency of Suppliers and assess the performance metrics and the resulting efficiencies.   The Analyst will need to be familiar with the technical environment, which describes all of the services that are necessary to deliver services to Client. Additionally, the position assesses the Supplier’s compliance with contract terms & conditions, Service Level Agreements (SLA’s), Operational Level Agreements (OLA’s) and reports on the status of all deliverables at a tactical level.

Main Job Functions
60% Duties: Supplier Engagement

•Support IT technology Suppliers and contracts by assessing processes, policies and services performed
•Collaborate with managers and Suppliers to analyze performance metrics to support changes to IT and Business decisions
•Engage Business Management Team to ensure proper coding of invoices and generation of aging and accrual reports
•Engage Strategic Sourcing and Procurement department to ensure SOW’s and contract compliance
•Analyze contracts to determine total spend and ROI on Business Cases
•Gather data on Supplier health and strength in a Strategic Supplier Profile
•Produce ad-hoc Supplier reports
•Provide sourcing advisory and system support
•Actively analyze and recommend actions for supplier’s performance metrics
•Supports monthly reporting regarding all contracted services and uptime operational commitments.
•Supports yearly mapping exercise linking all processes to significant Infrastructure and application delivery items associated with the Managed Services SOW’s. Deliver audit report to OCIO for interpretation and discussion with Supplier associated at strategic level standards.

35% Duties: Key Sourcing Metrics and Escalation
•Engage Suppliers to drive benefits based on Client requirements
•Aligning metrics, gaining convergence and thinking short-term and long-term goal
•Problem-solving and collaborating with different teams in engineering, analytics, and account management
•Build and improve processes that will improve data flow management
•Support audit reports delivered to the OCIO for interpretation and discussion with Supplier at strategic level standards.
•Gather data for analysis to drive recommendations on key Supplier performance as to time, quality, scope, budget, capacity and responsiveness from a tactical level.
Gather data to assess appropriate key Supplier performance metrics at a tactical level in collaboration with the OCIO.

5% Duties: Pursue Professional Development
•Maintain professional interactions with other IT Governance professionals.
