The Director of Corporate FP&A is a key leadership position, reports to the SVP Finance, Corporate FP&A and provides decision support to executive management, leads the regional budget, forecast and reporting processes in concert with Group/regional requirements and provides sophisticated financial analysis/modelling capability for both defined and unstructured scenarios.

Description:
  • Lead a high performing team through selecting, on-boarding, coaching and developing great finance team members.
  • Manage the regional planning processes including timelines and requirements that support the annual budget and mid-year reviews, monthly forecasts and business unit reviews (BUR’s) including consolidation, presentation and supporting analytics.
  • Lead and collaborate with Group and Regional finance teams to standardize and improve reporting, performance measures and analytical methods that ensure integrity of information and the use of performance based measures.
  • Provide financial support to the VP Strategy and the Strategic Planning Process.
  • Provide insightful analysis including but not limited to revenue and cost, investment cases, acquisitions, product profitability, key performance indicators (KPI's) and productivity metrics.
  • Develop strong working relationships within and outside the finance function with a personal style that fosters trust and open lines of communication.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the Company’s business including competitive environment.

Qualifications:
  • Qualified candidates should have a minimum of 10 years progressive hands-on leadership and management experience, BS/BA in Accounting or Finance, CPA or relevant master’s degree preferred.
  • Track record of high performance in roles of progressive responsibility in the areas of financial analysis, business modelling, management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, project management and process improvement.
  • Excellent working knowledge of excel required.  Solid working knowledge of Hyperion, Essbase and PowerPoint.
