Position: Entry Level Helpdesk Analyst (multiple openings)
Location: Austin, Texas
Duration: 3 months  
(Monday – Friday - 8 hours shift)
Training will be provided throughout week 1 from 9:30 am to 6 pm CST.

This is a very entry level help desk role that requires customer service experience and basic computer efficiency. 
 
Experience requirements:
Customer facing experience
• Technical experience or equivalent technical knowledge preferred
• Experienced with Microsoft Operating Systems and Internet Explorer
• Must have basic computer knowledge (how to open apps, use IE, Word, Excel, etc.)
• Ability to manager password resets, log in issues, user administration/authentication, searching user directory, etc. 

Job Summary:
Provides phone support for internal and external customers resolving technical problems.

Skill set level:
Able to think critically, great customer service, technical aptitude, helpdesk experience, and able to work in a fast-paced in-office environment


 Ability to work any shift between 7am – 8pm Mon-Fri

Main Job Responsibilities:
· Receive approximately 50 inbound calls a day
· Troubleshoot Windows 7, Windows 8, and Windows 10 issues - minimal
· Diagnose and resolve web based sales software issues within Internet Explorer
· Strong English verbal and written communication skills
· Utilize a knowledgebase and corporate chats to research problems
· Able to learn insurance, new systems, and procedural changes
· Drives a positive customer experience
· Efficiently manages time
· Work in a team oriented office

Education: High School/Bachelor’s degree

Hours of Operations:
Helpdesk operating hours are currently Monday through Friday 8:00 AM-8:00 PM. Hours and days of operation can change depending on business needs. Candidates must have flexibility to work and 8-HOUR  shift between the listed operating hours baove.
