Job Description
Individual will be responsible for supporting company Total Rewards function within Human Resources, primarily focusing on Compensation and Benefits day-to-day functions as well as longer term projects and goals. We are looking for an individual who is highly motivated, able to handle the confidentiality of the role, able to work in a fast paced environment and exhibit a team-oriented approach.  The ideal candidate must have excellent quantitative skills and exhibit an interest in accounting.  Prior Compensation and Benefits and/or Accounting experience a plus.
  • Participate in all Total Rewards team projects (Compensation, Benefits, Wellness and Reward & Recognition)
  • Participate in annual market intelligence review of company Total Reward programs
  • Assist with day to day administration such as job evaluations and market data benchmark requests
  • Provide recurring and adhoc analysis/recommendations to the broader HR team and Managers. This may include researching, evaluating and assigning FLSA classifications, etc.
  • Manage annual market data survey submission process (internal and external)
  • Assist in the administration of annual performance evaluation and compensation planning process, to include review of performance goals
  • Design custom reports in HRIS system (UltiPro) and analyze data for compensation processing and benefit admin
  • Assist in the administration of various employee Health & Welfare benefits plans
  • Assist with administration of the company benefits programs including planning and communication activities
  • Assist in development of policies and procedures to support the compensation and benefits function, to ensure federal, local, state and internal company compliance
  • Help prepare government filings, plan audits, or other tax-reporting requirements such as EEO, VETS and AAP
  • Support company global wellness program and global initiatives
  • Research and resolve benefit and data issues that may occur with employee enrollment records with external vendors
  • Proficient communication skills and ability to interact with both clients and managers in other departments
  • Understanding of fixed income investment products and an accounting background a plus
  • Ability to work in a team oriented environment
  • Minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience (at least one year of financial services related experience preferred)
  • Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications is required
  • UltiPro system experience a plus
Academic Qualifications (minimum requirements):
Undergraduate degree and relevant certifications a plus (CCP/CBP/SHRM, etc.)
