Our client is looking to hire a highly motivated attorney to join the Employee Benefits Team. This position can be based in the Los Angeles or San Francisco offices. 
The full service Employee Benefits Team delivers creative, specialized and real-world solutions to our clients. Our clients attorneys have spent time “in the trenches” as HR, governmental, general counsel and CPA professionals and know the ins and outs of laws and regulations governing employee benefits. This is a great opportunity to join a team that not only provides legal advice but goes beyond that to provide strategic counsel on how benefits programs align with our clients’ overall business objectives. 
Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have at least seven years of experience in ERISA and employee benefits counseling, focusing on issues related to retirement plans, health and welfare plans and executive compensation programs for both private and public businesses. The successful candidate will work with both employers and plan services providers to help them comply with the latest legal developments. 
Qualified candidates will be motivated self-starters with stellar academic credentials, superb judgment and communication skills, a commitment to excellence and have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
