Our client is seeking a Project Coordinator who possess on-hand experience supporting busy, senior level executives.  Must have strong MS Office, Viso, Excel, Lotus Notes.  
This is a great growth opportunity.

IT experience (working with IT personnel - MSOffice, Visio, Excel, Lotus Notes - have understanding of functions associated with the Helpdesk and Desktop Support - )

Project coordination experience on small and mid-sized IT related projects. This will include gathering the requirements, documenting and clarifying the requirements, creating a project plan, coordinating with the various groups and individuals to execute the plan through completion, hosting regular status meetings and providing status reports

Advanced excel skills. Ability to comfortably use excel simple and more advanced functions including: sorting, filters, formulas, conditional statements, pivot tables, Vlookup, etc.

Process creation experience. Ability to create and document processes. This will include the process maps, swim lanes, and the related verbiage for the processes

SharePoint experience. In the development, presentation, and management of 'content' on SharePoint
Analytics. Experience in creating reports, analyzing the data in the report, and developing actionable deliverables from the analysis

Provide project planning, scheduling, and reporting support to the project team, support during the Project Planning Phase including the development of Project Plans, Scope, and/or CAP, gather project plan details from the project management team and assemble into a project plan, develop and maintain the project staffing plans, actively working out issues in the plan, develop and maintain project reports as assigned such as weekly project status reports, resource planning reports, risk management reports, and other management reports as required, maintain project tracking logs such as actions, issues, minutes, anomalies, PSTs, problems, change, and risk, schedule and coordinate Meetings/Workshops for project team, develop Project Presentation Materials, communicate project management information between the Program Management Office, Program Director, Program Manager, Team Manager, and other Program Office Coordinators, and the project staff, as required, assist the Project Manager by monitoring compliance to Program Management Office standards and procedures. Also, assist the Project Director by monitoring project budget and schedule, performs other duties as assigned. Requires 2 years experience associated with Project planning and execution
