Bookkeeper/HR Support

We are looking for confident, skilled and proven Bookkeepers with a minimum of two years of full-charge bookkeeping. This individual will report to the CEO providing assistance for firm related bookkeeping as well as support the Tax Department. 2 years’ experience at the full-charge level is REQUIRED.

  1. Perform full-charge bookkeeping duties including entering transaction detail, prepare monthly financial statements, schedules and reports including 571s, Secretary of State filing and corp to corp's
  2. Prepare and process payroll, monthly bank reconciliations and research accounts payable and accounts receivable issues
  3. Process Invoices, follow up on accounts payables
  4. Stay abreast of changes in HR policies, coordinate with insurance companies
  5. May have some administrative responsibilities
  6. Other responsibilities as required
  • Previous experience with Quickbooks, ADP, or similar payroll services.
