Client Services Associate/Manager with Digital Marketing experience

The Client Services Associate/Manager will support all client service activities across the organization. This includes making cold calls, updating social media, creating email campaigns to follow up on.
The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to either be really creative or persistent in getting people to reply to emails and phone calls.
Heavy emphasis on coordination with most of JBA’s clients from the legal, marketing and technology industry.  

What will the day to day look like?
That depends on several things, most days it will look like cold calling, emailing, creating campaigns on newsletters, and social media, and following up with current accounts. We encourage our sales and client services associates/managers to go to networking events at least 1-4 times per quarter (more at own leisure).
Of course, this cannot encapsulate most of the position, it is a brief overview, there may be other duties and responsibilities that come up which we will assign.

What we are looking for?
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, we are a really low management environment, so we need people who have the ability to develop and drive projects with minimal supervision.
    • We will provide direction, training, and support when needed but have our own accounts to manage.
  • Ability to prioritize and resolve complex problems and escalate as necessary
  • Savvy with technology (social media, email, Word, PowerPoint, Excel),
    • Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, MailChimp are a PLUS.
  • Able to maintain positive attitude with challenges
  • Manage conflicts effectively, work well under pressure.
